its Pikachu Hug Time

Hello! First thing first, your version of Pikachu is cute! The different proportions make it seem new and different form the many Pikachu fanarts I've seen. The saying is funny, though batteries are probably not safe for Pikachu consumption. I feel like the pose of Pikachu should've had to do more with the quote. He kind of looks like he want a hug, but it could also be mistaken for just a random cute pose. Maybe a mischievous expression saying that he would actually eat the batteries would work. Furthermore, I feel as if the white glow was used too much, as it fades the left cheek and eye. I feel as if the left eye could have been bigger as well.
Overall this is a very cute work! Well done!
