Here goes some criticism. As I always preface my critiques, take it with a grain of salt.

Let me begin by saying that Soundwave and Shockwave are my two favorite characters from this franchise. So when I came across your gender-bent interpretation of Shockwave I couldn't help but do a double take.

Things that stand out and make for a strong composition:
the line work
the tones
the shading
the white highlights (she's made of metal, she has to shine!)
the static motif and how the figure appears to be coming out of it with some remnants of static still clinging to her body (great idea!)

Things to improve:
1) The line work on the "belt" and waist area is not as tight as it could be, so too the round bits on her body. Practice drawing metallic curves and how they distort due to depth of field.
2) The eye glow is distracting to me. Not the glow itself because it definitely adds to the figure's mystique, but the technique used. The digital paint over of the glow just doesn't match the line work on the rest of the figure. Maybe some finer line work would have worked well and matched the rest of the piece.

In summary, just take this as constructive criticism. Keep up the good work!
